Quimbara is a new salsa movement in Bern. We are a couple from Nicaragua and Switzerland and came to Bern after four years abroad (Milano, Nicaragua, France, Cuba, NY). Our dance biographies are very different, but in 2016 we decided to start joint dance projects. In 2017 we spent a year in France and completed a professional training at Alegria DC, where we were able to harvest an incredible amount and enrich our style. Now we are highly motivated to infect you with the salsavirus and to teach and accompany you competently.
